What is it?
Spiritual Healing Massage is basically any form of massage combined with
healing. This is what Toks specialises in. She combines her knowledge
and training to give a treatment specific to the client's needs at the
time of the session. 
What does it involve?
You may decide to have spiritual healing massage with clothes or with
oils. It is up to you. You decide how you want the session to go. At any
time you can stop the session. There is no need to be afraid as you are
on sacred ground with a very sacred person.
How long does it take?
Ideally each session lasts for 2 hours. You take two hours out of your
busy schedule for you, for when you want to get back into yourself. However
some people are not able to put aside 2 hours! Then we can arrange less
time.

TRINITY is three-in-one, one-in-three. It is
a symbol of unity in diversity and the catalyst that brings together,
merging to form a whole unit.
TRIANGLE is a symbol of the sacred trinity, ascent
into heaven, active male force. Resonates with the element fire
as it points upwards. SQUARE is a symbol representing solid structure,
perfection, safety, shelter, solidity and stability. Resonates with
the element earth and stands for order and balance of opposites. |
What is the treatment?
You lie or sit (make yourself comfortable) then allow yourself to relax
and enjoy the session. There are various powerful ways to give spiritual
healing massage. The most basic is simple healing with massage where healing
may be with or without crystals. The more advanced stages may involve
auric massage with or without crystals, chakra balancing, chakra alignment,
chakra bathing, cosmic work, ancestral work, Monad and Spirit alignment.
This will be intuitively decided at the session.
Must I believe in it?
There are no belief systems attached to the healing so anyone can have
healing whether or not they have a belief system.
Must I be ill to have a session?
No. You do not have to have a dis-ease to experience the "Joy of
Toks".
Can I come with a friend?
You can turn up by yourself or with a friend. You decide what you want.

Toks believes that spiritual healing massage has all the combined benefits
of both healing and massage. This is an invigorating spiritual journey
that deepens the client's awareness of self. The most powerful spiritual
benefit is it cleanses, revitalises and heals the subtle bodies, thus
benefiting all the bodies i.e. auric, mental, emotional, psychic, spiritual
and physical. It completes a prayer to the self.
What does it treat?
üAll forms of dis-ease.
When should I have Spiritual Healing Massage?
Anytime. Whenever you feel you want something extra special for yourself.
This is for the light in your life and for when you need to get back into
yourself. Spiritual healing massage is a spiritual act to heal, soothe
and create a feeling of oneness in which the person being touched, YOU,
feels safe, secure and complete. You begin to feel free, relaxed and calm
as you begin to have a strong feeling of your own inner strength. You
step out of the session more positive than when you came in. The prayer
has been complete.
How often should I have Spiritual Healing Massage?
Toks suggests once a month if you are healthy without stress. If you have
a dis-ease or suffer from any form of stress then Toks suggests once a
week for 7 weeks or once every two weeks for 4 months.
