Chi Nei Tsang, a Taoist Massage

Chi Nei Tsang is an ancient Taoist massage. The Taoist believe that toxins and negative emotions manifest as knots, tangles, and lumps in our abdomen and that massaging the abdomen helps the body to release these toxins and negative emotions.

YIN-YANG is a symbol representing interdependent partners in harmony - never opposed to each other they influence each other equally. Yin is feminine and Yang is masculine.

Toks massages your abdomen using powder, Taoist healing sounds and colour. She massages your five main organs (i.e. your lungs, heart, kidneys, spleen and liver) through your abdomen thus helping you to release the negative emotions (e.g. grief, hate, fear, anxiety, worry and anger) that are held in your organs.

This is a truly amazing massage as the internal body starts creative movement and flow within the body systems (i.e. immune, lymphatic, nervous, cardiovascular, muscular, endocrine, respiratory, digestive, reproductive, urinary and skeletal).
